Bringing Love to Health Care

I went with MD Surgical (referred by a friend) for an endoscopy that I’ve been avoiding for some time. The thing is, I really dislike being a patient of any sort. I’m horrible at it. But whoa, believe me when I say this place changed me. First, it helped that this surgery center is beautifully remodeled (it seems they offer a full menu of aesthetic services in the front rooms, very nice) and that it’s super clean and felt sanitized top to bottom. The staff was welcoming and attentive to all my needs throughout the entire visit…I thought they sensed I was nervous or withdrawn and gave me extra attention, but then I noticed they were treating other people no differently. With that, I felt completely relaxed. I was unworried and for once able to focus on myself to get these important things done in my life without feeling the need for avoidance or procrastination. The whole thing was really easy. I was told exactly how to prepare, where/when to be present, and the right time I should arrange for my wife to pick me up – I got out the same time she arrived, no waiting. I had no problems with payment or insurance. It was all sorted out for me. Do yourself a favor and check this place out the next time you need a procedure done. Now I’m even interested in learning about their other services. That’s a first for me. Fantastic!
